Gas stove, indoor shower, outdoor shower, tub, clothesline, and 2 car driveway included. The owner supplies pillows, blankets or bedspreads, and mattress covers. Linens, sheets, and towels are the tenant’s responsibility. Ortley Beach is a small beach community less than a square mile in area bordered by Lavallette to the north and Seaside Heights to the south. It has a gorgeous stretch of oceanfront beach life guarded daily throughout the summer. No Smoking. No Groups. No Pets. The mandatory cleaning fee is $175 and is provided at check-out.
